The Ten Great Saints

Ten Great Saints are the paladins or holy knights at the top of the organization known as the Western Holy Church. Only the strongest soldiers can enter the group, and their hierarchy is decided by strength and ability. As the name suggests, being an Enlightened is a minimum prerequisite, and it is expected for the members to continue to improve themselves so they can attain Saint and even Hero level.

With the death of Garde and defection of the Three Sage Warriors, the Ten Great Saints is practically defunct. However, most of the Crusaders are still active in service.

Leader

Hinata Sakaguchi the Saint.

Holy Knights/Templars/Crusaders

  • Leonard Jester of Light. Vice-captain with a specialty in leadership.
  • Arnaud Bauman of Space. Strongest after Hinata, specialized in assault tactics.
  • Bacchus of Earth. Possesses crushing strength and uses a holy mace.
  • Litus of Water. Spirit summoner who uses her contracted spirit to heal and in battle.
  • Garde of Fire. Battle mage specialized in the lance and fire based magic.
  • Fritz of Wind. Battle mage specialized in wind magic and double blades.

Pope's Imperial Guard/Three Sage Warriors

  • "Blue Sky" Saare. Former Head Knight of the Imperial Guard before Hinata challenged him for the position.
  • "Giant Boulder" Grigori . Right hand man of Saare known for his impenetrable defense.
  • "Raging Sea" Glenda . Known for her mercenary-like approach to things.
